In the nursery we plant thousands of seeds and have the plants growing throughout
the farm in the greenhouses, the polytunnels and of course outside in the Aztec garden.
We concentrate on about 30 fruiting varieties each year for our products -
Relish, Jam and of course our Ice cream!. We also grow plenty of
Pimentos de Padron as they have been our most popular chilli!!
Ornamental plants are always very popular so we will definitely
be growing more each year to keep up with demand.
